Brian has spent more than fifteen years helping students navigate highly selective admissions. As Director of Counseling Operations, he supports Top Tier’s counseling team and leads work that strengthens the student and family experience across tutoring, programs, talent, quality, and technology. With an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School and experience in emerging technology, client delivery, and public policy, he brings a counselor’s perspective and an operator’s approach.
