What the Intensive Is
A form this important deserves an expert in the room.
Most students approach the Common App as a form to complete. We see it differently. Every section—from activities and honors to additional information and academic interests—helps shape how admissions officers understand your student.
During this focused, two-hour program, your student works one-on-one with a Senior Private Counselor to strengthen every part of the application. Together, they’ll review activity descriptions, determine when additional information adds value, and ensure each section works together to present an authentic and cohesive picture of your student.
Our counselors have guided students through the Common App, the UC Application, and institution-specific application platforms for more than two decades. They know where small decisions can have an outsized impact, helping your student make the most of every opportunity the application provides.

Yes. The Intensive is a complete program designed to provide focused, expert support. You can enroll directly on this page, and a member of our team will reach out promptly to schedule your session.
What is the difference between the Intensive and the bundle?
The Intensive focuses on the application itself—helping your student make the most of every section, from the activities list and honors to the additional information section and other strategic components. The bundle adds the Essay Guidance Program, providing dedicated support for brainstorming, drafting, and revising the essays that bring your student’s story to life. Together, the two programs offer comprehensive support for both the application and the writing, while also providing preferred bundled pricing.
Which applications do you cover?
Our counselors have guided students through the Common App, the UC Application, and institution-specific application platforms for more than two decades. We work with both domestic and international applicants.
Will my counselor write any part of the application or log into my student’s account?
We guide and review, but the work is always your student’s own. For ethical reasons, Top Tier Admissions will never log into a student’s application account.
How soon do we need to use the program?
The Intensive can be used anytime within six months of purchase, giving your family the flexibility to schedule it when it will be most valuable in your student’s application process.
