(iv) materials have been submitted for review;
(v) individualized feedback, recommendations, edits, strategic guidance, or counseling has been provided; or
(vi) other personalized counseling, tutoring, mentoring, educational, or advisory services have commenced.
Program outcomes and timelines depend in part upon timely student and family participation, responsiveness, attendance, communication, and submission of requested materials.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all program hours must be used within six (6) months from the date of purchase. The exception is TTA’s 15-hour and 30-hour tutoring packages, which must be used within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Unused hours expire at the end of the applicable usage period and are forfeited without refund.
By purchasing or using TTA’s services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
